Service scope
The provider of PatiPilot Kuaför is Zeynep Doğa Bayraktar Zuğurlu (DOĞA PET GROOMING). PatiPilot Kuaför is software that helps salons manage appointments, customers, pets and daily business records. It is not the provider of grooming services delivered by a salon. Visiting the website alone does not create a paid subscription or payment instruction. The terms shown at account creation and any transaction-specific agreement are considered together.
Accounts and permissions
The person opening an account must be authorised to act for the business, provide accurate information and protect login details. Manage team access according to need and report suspected unauthorised use to support. Users must not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other accounts or compromise service security.
Salon customer data
The salon is responsible for lawful collection of customer information, required notices and respecting communication preferences. Message preparation tools do not themselves provide permission to send advertising or WhatsApp messages. Do not store unnecessary special-category personal data or payment-card information; limit access and data to business needs.
Trial and paid use
The 14-day free trial requires no credit card and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. The time to accept a pilot offer, duration of pilot access and any offered price are distinct. A time-limited invitation or offer does not itself grant access or guarantee a price indefinitely; the express conditions of the offer shown to you apply. Paid checkout and automatic charging are currently inactive. If paid service is offered later, seller details, scope, total price, tax, duration, renewal, termination and applicable withdrawal terms will be shown before payment, with necessary transaction authorisations obtained separately. Recording income or expenses in the product does not mean that a payment has been collected or an official invoice issued.
Availability, content and intellectual property
Maintenance, infrastructure failures or security needs may interrupt access; uninterrupted or error-free service is not promised. Rights in the software and website content belong to their respective holders; unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited subject to statutory exceptions. These terms do not transfer ownership of salon-uploaded records to PatiPilot.
Termination and disputes
Contact support about account closure, data access or service issues. Closing an account does not automatically remove statutory retention duties or existing dispute records. Mandatory law, applicable consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. Requests may be brought before authorities competent under Turkish law and applicable international rules; these terms do not restrict a consumer’s legally competent remedies.
