Scope of this notice
This notice explains website, enquiry/contact, account and support processing under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The controller for these processes is PatiPilot service provider Zeynep Doğa Bayraktar Zuğurlu (DOĞA PET GROOMING). The relevant salon is controller of the records it creates about its customers and pet owners and is responsible for its own notices and lawful grounds.
Data and collection methods
Identity and contact details, business and explicitly entered location information, messages, account/session and transaction-security records are collected electronically through forms, the application, email, support correspondence and technical infrastructure. Limited visit and source information is also processed where optional analytics is enabled. When an enquiry is submitted, its originating page/campaign information may be assessed with that enquiry; this is a separate process from analytics consent.
Purposes and legal bases
KVKK Article 5(2)(c) applies, where its conditions are met, to assessing pre-contractual enquiries, requested communication and providing the service; Article 5(2)(ç) to legal duties; Article 5(2)(e) to establishing, exercising or protecting a right; and Article 5(2)(f) to proportionate security and abuse prevention, provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not prejudiced. Optional operations requiring explicit consent use a separate choice under Article 5(1). Acknowledging that you have read a notice is neither consent nor permission for international transfers.
Recipient groups and transfers
Data may be disclosed, within the relevant purpose, to infrastructure, hosting, database, authentication, email and security providers and, where necessary, competent authorities. Services used are Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Hostinger and Cloudflare Turnstile for form security. Processing outside Türkiye is subject to the conditions in KVKK Article 9. Contact support for information about recipient services and applicable safeguards. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to international transfers.
Rights under KVKK Article 11
You may ask whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether use meets that purpose; learn recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where Article 7 conditions apply; request notification of correction and deletion to recipients; object to adverse results arising solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Requests and responses
Written applications can be sent to the address above. Support email can be used for data requests and guidance on the appropriate submission channel. A formal KVKK request must use an appropriate method and provide the identity, contact and request details required by the Application Procedures Communiqué; an email address previously provided and registered in the system is one such method. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. Requests are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days; a fee under the Board’s tariff may apply if additional costs arise. Withdrawing marketing consent does not automatically end processing required by contract or law.
